Fine, natural clay is sourced (local riverbeds or dealers)
Clay is cleaned, kneaded, and mixed with water. It is kept for ageing for 2-3 months
Pottery wheel or hand-molding is used to shape items
Hand Finishing, natural or polished, glazed, or painted
Items are dried in room temperature for 8-15 days depending on the season
The dried items are baked in a furnace for about 12 hours and at about (900°C – 1100°C)
These items are then ready for dispatch at various places and are available at the studio
